okay guys, got a question about a hb8 at work, nice girl thou. Anyway, i really like her and also almost all guys at work are showing her interest, but shes always looking at me, ive been playing it cool and always keeping my head up( over confident at times, freezing her) the point is, shes a shy nice girl, and i know she does like me, she follows me, invests on me, LOOKS at me, etc.

Should I just go direct and ask her #,knowing shes interested or should i keep playing it cool. i dont know if its because of my looks or because of my body language and confidence around her.

In other words, how would you guys act if the girl is interested, go direct and tell her you like her? wouldnt that make you lose value and confidence? i know i have to give her IOIs, should i just tell her shes cute and go from there?

Don't show too much interest, but definitelly go for it. Think about this, if you were the one interested and she did not respond, how long would you take to move on?

Talk to her, compliment her a bit if she's shy and think of something interesting to say, something she can talk about and genuinely be interested in. After you talk for a bit make up an excuse to leave and just tell her she's a very interesting woman and because of it you want her number. That's your n-close.

Don't be nervous. An n-close doesn't mean much. It's incredibly easy to get a girls number. The only way a girl will say no to you getting her number is if you really are a creep she just met and has no need to have you around.

got it!, problem is im at work and I probably gonna have a little time, maybe couples minutes to talk to her( sales rep) and boss always around. Any tips on how to do it in such a short period of time, will asking for her # with very little rapport be a good idea.?

She seems intersted in you, so you're half way there. And the fact that you have little time gives you the perfect excuse to say you want to know her better outside the work space.
