Probably simple and obvious to some of you, but while I've gotten a little better I'm still clueless. Anyway, had a couple different situations when I went out Saturday and was hoping I could get ideas on what I could have done better.

1) Sitting at a busy bar having a beer, cute girl wedges in next to me to order her drink. I say hi, she smiles for a second but someone taps me on the other shoulder and when I look back the cute girl is talking to the guy on the other side. Anything I could have done to get her attention back?


2) Sitting at a relatively empty bar waiting for a band to start. Band starts, I turn around and just lean back listening to the music... a woman on the dance floor beckons me out to dance with her so I shrug and nonchalantly walk out to dance with her. (Yay me for being opened!) So we dance and talk for a bit. It seemed like she was looking for long term, I just got out of a relationship and told her it was because we were looking for different things so I can see why she might have lost interest a little. Long story short(er), when the band takes a break she goes to the bathroom. When she comes back I talk to her a little more, then go to the bathroom myself... but when I come back she kind of seems to be ignoring me. I sit at the bar near her friends, the band starts back up, and she starts dancing alone basically with her back to me. So I figured she had lost interest, plus I was getting bored (I wasn't really that into her) so I just took off and went somewhere else.

The next day though I started thinking about it, and I'm wondering if she was just shit testing me somehow. Maybe I should have at least said goodbye and tried for the number close? Maybe start talking to another girl, but there were only 10 people there and 5 of them were her group...

So any tips would help.

1st one,you should of initiated conversation when she said hi to you but you missed your chance when that person tapped on your shoulder hard luck!! it happens tho bro

2nd:after dancing and talking to her,you should have brought her outside or over somewhere to talk:D,girls dont like to be in the same place,also dont bring up previous relationships. <--you lost her interest here sorry
