Hey guys,

I met a HB 7 at a mates birthday party. I noticed that she kept looking at me, so i went over to her and started speaking to her. Even though she only knew my mate, she spent the whole time with me and my pals. Unfortunately her parents were there so nothing else happened (she is 17 and I am 18, and I didn't fancy a run in with her dad haha)

However, I now have her on Facebook and we have been talking, she seems interested but I'm not too sure. She seems to want to keep the conversation going, but I'm not finding much opportunity to flirt or neg her. I mean she has bright blue hair, so surely there must some decent neg opportunities here, but the opportunity just hasn't arisen :/

I'm sure i will get some criticism (which is good) but this is only my second post, and I am new to picking up girls.

Hey mate.

You have her on Facebook, thats good. She's talking to you, sounds like she probably likes you...so next time you're talking just slip in casually, "We should hang out sometime and do (Whatever), when are you free?"... If she likes you she'll say yes. At this point she either likes you or doesn't, you can't get to know somebody better over Facebook or text.

Note the *When are you free?* leaves it open. Don't say, What are you doing on Friday? or We should hangout tomorrow, she can easily be busy and then you have to keep suggesting times etc which looks a bit beta.

Places for first dates with 17/18 year old...I wouldn't do Cinema or formal meal, they are really awkward.

I'd do either some sort of shopping thing and then get food at McDonalds or something casual, or go to an arcade, or play pool or something you'd do with a friend. Also remember if she's 17 she's going to be way more nervous than you so just be cool bro.

Advanced tip:- get the first kiss in at some point during the date than at the end, nothing worse than putting pressure on yourself at the end of a date, that being said she's 17, she's probably never been on a real first date with someone she doesn't know to well so she won't know what she's doing. I kind of went off into other areas there, but Good luck!

Well.... Looks like I have a date! Unfortunately I am only free weekends as I work during the week. So that has meant the date isn't going to be for two weeks, but still pretty pleased with the whole thing.

I'm still not 100% sure she is interested, her enthusiasm seemed to be lacking after I asked her, and she saw the message but then replied half an hour after. But maybe it is jut me and my AFCish ways.
