If you want a higher success rate going to a chick's place, you need to go for women who are 25+, if not older. Single girls under 25 are unlikely to live alone, so you can break them down into 4 categories:

1) College girl who lives in a single dorm room / Independent girl who has her own place. Chances of going back to her place: Good

2) Still lives with parents. Chances of going back to her place: Low, unless her parents are either away or very lenient.

3) Lives with boyfriend. Chances: Same as No.2 minus the lenient part.

4) Lives with friends (most likely girls). Chances: Higher than 2) and 3) but still lower than 1) due to anti-slut defence.

The toilet trick is good, to elaborate, what you do is walk her home since you're a gentleman, perhaps mention that you "won't be going in so don't worry" then when you get nearby, mention that you need to pee desperately. When you get to her place, "sorry this isn't a trick to get in but can I quickly use your toilet?"

She will most likely say yes (aslong as she is no living with strict patents etc)

When you finish in the toilet, if she is stood by the door, waiting for you to leave, just leave. If she offers you a drink, "oh ok, just a quick one" Then you're golden! ESCALATE= sexy time.

Another option:

The 'chicken trick' is good. Especially for girls that are about to leave country or something, works good with chicks with deadlines and that time is not in your favour..

chicken trick only works when you're on a day 2,....so here goes

before the date , text her you have a surprise for her and make her curious.

Put a chicken to roast in the oven. Set it so that you won't burn the place down, so estimate a maximum time that you should check on it.

When she meets you (near your house) , go for a quick drink. Then when someone brings up the surprise, you tell that "it's at my apartment , and no it's not what you think it is"

Yep, absolutely... works also the other way.. Had a friend back in Japan who specialized bringing girls back to his home to "watch TV"............ and it worked...! lol
