there are several ways to deal with oneitis,
personally i dont recommend gaming a oneitis if she has a boyfriend because if she turns you down then you'll feel worse.

the easiest ways are:

one would be to cut her off, as you work with her talk to her only on a business level not a personal level,

think of her only with her flaws, if she has a pretty face think of her bad teeth or bad breath, the more you build her up the more the oneitis will strengthen.

The cure for oneitis is to get your head busy with other things. Work, school, hobbies, whatever. I got rid of mine- which was a pretty bad one, once one of my exs and I broke up- and it was just what I needed. Get into new things: look up some hobbies, some community classes, volunteer somewhere. This will also give you a chance to meet new people. Fucking women right away didn't help me- had sex with 7 new girls in about 5 weeks, but it was still iffy.
