I'm at work, on my lunch having a smoke and my boss (not my direct boss, the store manager) comes out and says 'hello, you'. Whenever girls use this greeting it always feels flirty. Is it? Btw she's an absolute MILF! Though she is like 20 years older than me she's hot. If its flirting should I flirt back? See where it goes? As I said she's store manager and I'm a lowly warehouse guy.

At work, be careful. perhaps subtle ambiguous flirts, but I wouldnt go as far as making 'aggressive moves'. She is your boss in some way. If things go well, try to set up something outside of work, then be more aggressive.

you wonder if its flirty or not. Nobody should really care (to be honest, we really dont care) except you. If you think its flirty, then it is flirty and you flirt back. Its the only way to know for sure. However, be cautious, a workfloor is still a workfloor.

Flirting is fun and people like to do it, it's simply flirting... I've been called the biggest flirt in the world... and honestly I would NEVER fuck a lot of women I joke with.

"Hello you" can be a sign of attraction or flirting... but it's also important to remember that we are attracted to tons of women all the time and women are attracted to men all the time... it's NO big deal.

If you are asking these simple questions I would avoid any work place sex simply because I think you are too emotionally invested (needy) and don't have the sexual maturity or self-confidence to wrap up and older women and keep it business at work... sex away. You also have to be prepared to deal with something like that and it's not easy to have a quiet work relationship... it takes confidence and maturity... with the woman I'm sure she could off that with your 20 year difference not sure you can with your limited experiences.
