IF she has a boyfriend and (deductively) IF she is faithful are both factors which will influence how likely she is to be forthcoming to advances from guys. I can't comment on whether she is or is not faithful due to not knowing the girl in question and not being psychic.
By the way, these forums are for helping each other out, not for being a complete asshole with phrases such as 'who the fuck do you think you are'. It's unnecessary and not conducive to anything productive.
