This is pretty disrespectful to my time and i feel like a jackass sitting there waiting lol.

do i just act unphased when i see her again? or do i text her simply say it was rude and immature. like no big argument, just saying that was immature and rude.

You have to be more detailed by what does "extremely rude" means. It can be an ignorance or telling you "to fuck off". In both cases, I think you're weakness is failing to open or approach. The girl is used to so many guys using the same method you're using or it's because you did something to piss her off.

If she throws in EXTREME insults, just ignore her as if you NEVER heard it. Don't be affected by what she says because then you'll start lowering your own value. So don't take it too personal and move on. There's a lot of girls, billions of them left.

i meant girls im talking to/was dating. and being extremely rude to me is standing you up. that is pretty much the only thing that gets me going. well i had a girl on a date like 2 years ago give her number to another guy(this was 2 months into dating too), that pissed me off too lol

Very simple: treat girls the same way you treat guys. That is, treat everyone with courtesy and respect (like you want them to treat you) but don't take shit from nobody.

To use your exemple, if she stands you up, first try to make sure she actilly did it on purpose. Call her to know what's wrong, etc. If there is no plausible reason for what she did, text something like "Well, I had a great time last night, only not with you. Have a nice life".
