texting between date set up and actual date?

Let's say on Tuesday you set up for Saturday by text.

Do you still text her some of the days inbetween? I'm not talking AFC 20 "what's up?!" texts a day, but cocky/funny or flirty ones.

The more you text the bigger the chance you mess up, or might cause her to reconsider.

However on the other hand, she might think "oh the date is set up and now he disappears or stops showing interest?"

I don't think you should ever set up a date for more than 2 days ahead of the day you plan it for. Too much can come up; she can meet other guys, get nervous, asked out by friends etc.

When you operate that way this issue goes out the window.

However.. more and more of you guys need to start picking up the phone and calling these women. Texting isn't doing anything to improve your confidence and make you better as a all around seducer. One great phone call will have a woman asking you out for weeks. I do it all the time.

I would stagger it like so:

Tuesday: * bla Saturday is good for me too bla *date set up*
Wednesday: silence (obviously reply if she texts you)
Thursday: text her something fun and jokey.
Friday: silence.
Saturday: fun and jokey again, then end it with "bla joke bla ok, see you tonight"

This way you are not needy and you are keeping the plates spinning/fires a light.

I really like this advice! Plus I'm a little impatient and like to get a response then react. Personally I'll probably text, "Hey is it a good time to call" and no doubt you'll only get a reply when it is a good time for her to chat. Nice call Skillz.

Agreed.

But not all girls are confident and answer the phone, so is handy to know both skills, well, here in the north of England, girls IMO are text mad.

Personally, I have a speech problem that I'd rather handle it in person rather than a faceless phone Convo.

I agree that it is a very long time to set up a date. Personally I ask for tonight if i contact her before 10:30 or 11:00AM, or tomorrow if I contact her later than that. It's the good 'ol Blitzkrieg at work. The sooner you make it the less chance she flakes out.

But since you have a long time period, use PEBBLE's time table.

I agree with a shorter the better policy. My best effort was text at 630pm, told her I'd pick her up at 8. She had no idea what we were doing, kept her guessing, and even tho she pushed back with "im too tired" shit, still managed a movie and quick trip to a bar!
