how do you increase quality of women you go out with?

Don't lower your standards. If you are timid and just picking up your game, chances are you are not gaming 10s off the bat. But if you realize these women who do not really fulfill what you are looking for, are a stepping stone, you will get there.

ask out more women you perceive to be ''quality''

you won't know if a girl is a quality "woman" unless you're basically judging based on physical appearance. you have to screen based on what you value most.

In my case some things are:
- Physical appearance (i wont approach unless she's at least a 7 or 8, i don't necessarily want 9s and 10s because for LTRs they're headaches)

- Humor (i use lots of it in my interactions, if they can play along / follow it then great if not, NEXT)

- Caring (you can't see this immediately but you can on follow up dates or on day 2 etc, example this weekend i had a ONS with a girl i had paid for taxi to go to her place cost 20 euros for a 15 min drive (the club was the middle point), going home wouldve cost me 40 euros, she woke up with me and drove me home, we've been talking)
