I´m at the american embassy, waiting outside the building in a queue and this stunning, very fashionable gorgeous blonde walks and stands at the queue like 6/7 people behind me.
NON VERBAL GAME:
From the start when I see her and she passes by:
-direct eye contact to test her reaction
-in the queue, with average wating time 20 min I looked at her twice forcing eye contact letting her know I´m looking at her (girls usually turn their back to make sure I´m looking at her...that´s the moment when I hold it until she turns back to me and I stay for less than one second and mind my business again. I don´t give myself away there...so I don´t smile much at her...and I do this with other girls in line...smiling at one politely..but making a difference on the one I´m interested in
-no more attention for this moment..I got an interest sign from her when I looked at her the second time...she didn´t react much so I let her know I don´t sell myself easy by looking away
IN THE WAITING ROOM.
When she sees me she recognizes my face and I keep eye contact..she passes by and doubts
-she asks for a sit... I give tell her the sit (the one next to me) is free... My body language is very calm, I don+t smile more than a polite nod
-wait ... keep your body in a calm position...don´t start moving (nervousness)... keep breathing in silent and slowly...
MY STUPID OPENER: I know this would work because I was projecting this James Bond aura.
-do you have a pen? (seroulsy...I never go indirect, but in a small waiting room crowded... best calibrate first)
-she: ..mm .. sorry, (smile) .. I don´t...( I keep still....not saying anything..looking a bit disappointed)... she tries to find one again...I say nothing...she goes "sorry."...
me: it´s ok...(very calm), I look front (using peripheral vision to see what´s she´s up to
RECONNECTION: this was a BANG! and where all the previous body language and non verbal stuff comes into action
me:"I actually didn´t need a pen"
(a bit low tone and making sure noone can hear me, but with confidence)
she looks at me and puzzles and smiles...because my line was short and smooth
me:"I saw you on you way to the line outside, I just wanted to say hi, because you look nice" (typical daygame opener)
she: (a bit shy now...me like) "oh hi"
Next 10 min of conversation:
She´s in "who is this guy" mode...how I break it:
-Normal topics (avoiding interview style)
-topics according to the place we are (embassy, ... story of why you travel, where, places, hobbies)
-I don´t DHV
-I don´t IOI
-my body language is rock solid since she´s just giving info
- I don+t match her information with my stories yet... I hold back
-after a while I give 2/3 stories of similar things I do that she likes
-she starts to feel she can open up a little
-Most important: I´m ready to end up that conversation and say "au revoir" any time...
-sometimes she pauses and don´t talk... I don´t try to reopen the conversation... I can walk to the restroom and back..
After the 10 min of smooth mystery..
-she starts scratching her arm and neck and play with her her...
-she touches me to show me something in the magazine...SHE`S ASKING FOR MORE ATTENTION!
- but I still give 5% of what she asks for
-... I haven´t even ask her name...I know that waiting room can take 1h or 20 min...
-in my mind I play with possible endings of that interaction but I don´t settle in anything
Confort:
-she´s now relaxed...we are siting on a chair with a wall behind and she rests her head back to talk to me...(yeah baby, she´s into it)..
-now we talk about similar stories and pace a small island in the caribbean where she´s got a little business... I just say I´d love to be there and I relate to my stories about Ibiza and greece...
-talk about feeling: energy, positiveness, nice people, combination of party and mindfullness...yoga...
-I treat her like if I was with my GF in a waiting room...I´m not trying to seduce her in front of that people...I´m being her man
-I try to find out logistics! (VERY IMPORTANT)..because I´ve seen a ring in her hand...but she´s got many and doesn´t look like an engagement one..
-when talking about a place to settle down (like Stockholm) I talk about children and if she has...
-she tells me she´s tired because "the place where she was sleeping" there was a dog that was snoring...THIS WAS A DANGER AREA...I needed to find out if that was a guys place
-I tried to find out if she is staying at her parents while she´s in holidays (she´s born in Sweden but living in NYC and applying to renew her work permit in the US....).. so she tells me she has her own apartment
-I didn´t dig into the dog thing...but it might be something with a dude...so I CHANGE TOPIC back to our daydream in the caribbean island. This topic drove her later to talk about a recent trip with her ex- ...good thing...she´s bringing out that she had a BF but not anymore.... but I still have the uncertainity with the dog...which I don´t maind and I go on
-from here she´s so relaxed and into it that everytime I stand and go to the toilet or to the counter or something...when I´m back she touches my arm and showes me something in the magazine or similar...
I finish my paperwork and seem very relaxed...we grap up conversation and I say I need to go... then I turn to her very naturally and tell her to grab a coffee later... and as I say this I stand up to take a pen and I say..."I take your number"...she´s like "yes, let´s do that.." and smiles.. "I´ll be in the old town this afternoon"
N-Close leaving a JAMES BOND kinda aura behind me...
