I am new here, but not new to the concept of PUA. I have been reading and studying and approaching for the probably past 2 years. But I have had zero success.

When I see a hot girl, the pressure starts building up in my mind. I am like "look at her, she is so hot. look at her ass, damn. I love her."
most of the time, I don't approach and that's the end of it.
When I do approach and talk to her, I act like a pussy. for example, I dont look into her eyes because I find looking into a hot girl's eyes nerve-wracking, and I start sounding like a girl in terms of my voice, my voice gets really low and I sound like a girl or a gay guy.

so I need a solution to this, how do other guys do it like it's no big deal?

Edit: I thought I would also mention something about my personality: I am a very analytical person. Like I have to analyze all aspects to a matter to make a decision. when I go to a restaurant, it takes me forever to pick a food because I am analyzing the pros and cons of everything, and the waiter gets frustrated. I am also a perfectionist, in school, I would get really pissed off if I received anything else than perfect.

first off : chill the fuck out.the many reasons you are getting nervous when you see a hot girl is because of :social repercussions that if you fail by talking to her,she will talk to her friends and bad mouth you "omg this loser came up and started to talk to me" etc etc,and response to that is:at least you fucking did something best way to think about is a quote from some guys profile i learned: a morning of awkwardness is better than a night of loneliness

social environment:people might see you and laugh as you try and pick up a girl,they wont.there is a million things happening and people are usually talking to one and other or doing something completely different,in short terms,they wont be paying attention to you so go out and get that girl.

>best way is to learn a simple opener you can use firstly and then fall back on in the future and also practise it in the mirror.When saying it,say it slowly and calmly.if you are having confidence issues,a motto i live by is life is a chance,take all the ones you get

>look into her eyes but dont stare as it is creepy.glance at her nose,ears,anything else(NOT BREASTS) then look back into her eyes and also if you can pull of a good gay accent,it will work wonders in the field. if not,practice talking to yourself,friends or strangers.

omg, those 2 things are exactly what goes on in my mind. especially the first one.

they were aswell for me but you can easily conquer them with confidence and not being able to give a fuck about the out come
