HS starts in september. I always want to change for the better, you know, I wanna hear "wow, he changed so much" .Last summer I started lifting, which helped me a lot. More confidence, I learned how to dress, and all that shit. But I feel like it's not enough .. how could I improve my personality? I'm afraid that I won't find so many things to talk about when I'm with a girl. I don't like talking stuff just to fill up the conversation .

Sometimes I make a fool out of myself just for the laughs(I'm doing this when I'm with my friends). I don't wanna be that guy, but it's hard to change with all your old friends around you. I wanna be that interesting, manly or how some people would call it, alpha(cliche much but w/e) guy who doesn't have to smile all the time to be 'ok', the real life Bruce Wayne, Patrick Bateman, Don Draper, you got the point .

thanks.

That is probably the most complicated skill to acquire. Some people make their whole lives about using this skill. There are tons of books but mostly be your self and do stuff with people. Maybe yo u join a club or something but be by people as much as possible and keep that idea of your ideal self in mind. It will take a long time though.

First of all chill out and stop stressing. What you're talking about is undergoing an immense psychological change, that stuff can take years?

How old are you?

My advice. Keep going to the gym. Get positive. Try and figure yourself out. If you're 'old friends' aren't good enough, go find some new ones, but don't blame your lack of personality on them, because it sure as hell aint' their fault. Get out there, go meet new people, read some inspirational books, work on your confidence and be comfortable with yourself as a person, for this is what really attracts people..
