This is a PUA forum. So of course it will be all about two things:

1. A bunch of guys who are either desperately trying to find answers to questions about how to change themselves to get more success...

OR:

2. A bunch of guys who discovered the techniques/formulas and now feel like they are all that and have become big headed thinking they're better than everyone else as a result of their improved success, so they get online to talk big or verbally abuse everyone else.


But then at the same time, it's still hard not to come back to these forums because along with all the condescending, verbal bullying, and ridiculing also comes some good solid helpful advice.

All PUA forums are basically the same. I discovered this a long time ago. Not everybody cares about respect or developing a meaningful connection with people.

I wouldn't say they all sound like apes because there are actually respectful caring people who also post regularly in these types of forums (or forums in general) but a lot of people sitting on their computers are just like some people in real life. They are simply either big headed braggers or just don't give a f*ck about many things.

And I wont lie - I used to have that SAME mentality where I'd learn a few things, get a little bit of success, feel big then get online to put others down and make myself look like some aggressive arrogant dude that was better than everyone else. Now I look back and realize that I really had nothing much to brag about at that time, as I still had social anxiety and NO real female friends.

But forget about all that. Bottom line is there will always be some solid good advice mixed in with the super cocky big headed verbal bullying.

THAT'S JUST THE WAY IT IS, CASE CLOSED.

If anyone is being defensive it's you. Detox rightly pointed out that you are confusing comfort with consent, and you are the one accusing him of being defensive by seeing the word "rape" which he never mentioned. Sounds like defensive behaviour from your side.
