Having conversations all planned out is creepy. Don't give too much thought to setting up your hookup plans for college. There will be girls there. Good job on getting the numbers! What we usually teach is to text her 2-3 hours after the street stop, just to get on her radar again. Something light and playful with call-back humour from the interaction. No needy questions or over investment. An example would be:

"Hola dreamy bookstore girl, random but cool to meet you. Don't lose your nice Spanish accent as your English improves. Tom"

Over the next few days you need a few "ping" messages back and forth - nothing heavy or too predictable. Sometimes just an odd funny statement:

"Just seen a man hit by a pigeon. Ouch!"

After 3-4 text messages, send the date request. No questions, just go for it:

"Let's meet up for some bubble tea on Tuesday after work, you'll love it!"

That's it. Less is more. Keep it simple - the aim is to get her out, not have long-winded text chats. Hope that helps!

"Hey ________ it's ________, save this number."

I send this a couple hours after I meet the girl, then ususally follow up the next day asking for a date. There is no need to get fancy in text messaging.
