I currently have the worst case of oneitis. I have been obsessed with this HB9 for 8 months now. We were seeing each other for about a month over December then when I went back to uni she ended it. I hadn't seen her since but am still suffering from mad oneitis.

However she came round yesterday and everything was going really well and I had many IOI's. Yet when it came to the kiss close, she backed out. Today on the phone she said she's going out in the day with her friend but may come round again in the evening, but then said she wants me to stop with all the "kissing and stuff".

So first question here is.. Am I well and truly friendzoned?

And secondly, can you ever truly get over a oneitis and how long does it take if you can? The 'F*ck 10 other girls' method mentioned in the game hasn't worked for me (albeit it's 7 other girls in my case since we stopped seeing each other!) so would the only way to forget about her be to stop texting her and maybe block her off twitter so I don't constantly see what she's up to?

You don't need to block her- keep her as a friend and use her as social proof. I've had oneitis as well- bad situation to be in, and I still love her, but I am not dependent on her for my happiness. Remove your dependency, go find a few new girls, enjoy the thrill of the game.
