It may seem strange for a female to help a guy with this question, but I'm going to ask you some questions instead of giving you a direct answer.
Hopefully, these questions will give you some perspective and realize your question is not as simple as using a direct opener.
1. What do you look like? (You say you want to be like James Bond, but do you look, dress, and have the same confidence, body language, and social skills?)
2. What type of girl are you willing to hook-up with? Will you settle for a ugly girl or just want girls who are attractive?
3. Are you rich, famous or have great charisma? (You say you want to have sex like a rock star, so do you have any of those traits???)
In short...I'm trying to show you that your question requires more than just an opener and a forum post reply.
The guys that get laid all the time have MANY qualities that facilitate their sexual prowess. You will have to master many of those same qualities if you want to enjoy the same results.
If you don't learn these qualities (either on your own or through coaching), then you will have to gain perspective and realize that most hot girls will never find you attractive and sleep with you. In this case, you can still get laid, but you will have to lower your expectations of what type of girl you can get.
I suggest you try online dating. Write your own profile and see how many girls you can attract with your pictures and profile. It will give you a good perspective of where you stand. Then, you can decided if you need to make changes/improvements and whether you want/need help doing so.
