There are no laws against posting of sex videos especially if the woman is blurred to unrecognizable levels unless it is for commercial purposes. None. At least not in the U.S. The reason they don't show some people's faces is out of courtesy, not out of the law.
The law states, you will be held liable for using "identifiable" sex videos for "commercial purposes."
