(this may seem unorthodox,asking 2 questions in the one day,but a question that seems to come and go in my head and yet i have no answer to it.)

Every now and then,i usually spot a girl looking at me 2-3 times.I am completely clueless on what to do?
it may seem like a newbie question but i havent found an answer to it yet.One time abroad,i spotted a girl looking at me and i didnt know what to do,she was with friends and she was smiling and looking at me,i also guessed she spoke spanish.

anyways, do i approach, do i wink or do i.....what?

There is something we call the 3 second rule. If you are in game mode (which you should always, always be in) you have 3 seconds after making eye contact with the girl and noticing her looking at you, to approach her.

You basically shut off any type of logical thinking and act before you can talk yourself out of it, it's best to have an opener you can pull out to use when you first start doing this. As you get better though, you won't feel as panicky as you approach and you can start a conversation based on anything.

No problem bro. Yeah the 3 second rule can be applied to any woman. It's more of a counter against approach anxiety than anything. It forces you to take action before your brain has time to talk itself out of something. Kind of like diving off of a tall cliff into a lake, the faster you do it the better, the more you sit there and look down at the water, the higher the chances of anxiety building and you backing out of doing it will be.
