You answered your own question girls stop putting effort in because you're acting too needy and aren't a challenge anymore there's no intrigue left nothing to make her wonder what makes this guy tick . Not only is acting needy a turn off it shows a lack of confidence and that you place her and her needs above yours once you do that you appear as a pushover. Best advice I can give you is bee cool don't put too much value on a certain girl. Take care of yourself 1st she comes 2nd. Show confidence schedule dates at your convience do things that suit you. Hopefully that helps a bit.

Going on what OP has said. The last couple times being out with a girl I have bought her a drink which has probably came off bad. Next time we hang out should I suggest she buy me a drink because she owes me?

Hmm. You say you have been out with her a couple of times? Have you had sex with her? They may be losing interest because you aren't making any moves.

Also, if you think you are being needy in buying drinks for her, suggest going back to your place instead, and have drinks there. Whenever I've hung out with a girl if they agreed to a drink they were interested, so I always made sure we wound up someplace alone.

Since I'm handsome and a dancer women naturally assume if I haven't made any moves that I might be gay. Frustrating, but that's how I workaround it.
