Things to start to understand how to do and what it means:

- Neg (something that i can tell you now that PUA's tend to forget: Don't neg cute girls, just neg bitches! Never ever, ever, ever neg cuties, trust me, they hate it and they lost connection with you! Also don't overneg girls! Just do it a few times, like in a maximum of 3 times on the first interaction). I use neg usually to protect myself from shittests, when they start to become cocky or when they start to become rude - cuz neg's usually destroy comfort and you don't want that to happen.

- Looks doesn't matter but you need some style, i bet you have a good female friend that might help you on this (only if she has some style, otherwise choose another female friend), go to a store and ask her opinion on your cloths, define your style and work with it.
- Get some pickup likes and understand how they are made, usually they have some teasing \ neg on them. Try to understand how you can do your own. For example, i have this one: (neg) "Don't become too cocky, you are not that important" || or: "Oh you are so cute (look to someone), can we adopt her... pleeease? ... (turn to her) ok me and <the other person that i ask if i can adopt her> are going to review the family budget, if it's possible we adopt you, if not.. well you have to find new parents : (("

- Don't say f words
- Don't talk about disgusting things like shit, pee, snots, and stuff
- Always relate yourself with positive emotions and never with bad emotions
- Don't talk bad about the others
- Don't criticize others or even yourself
- Over a conversation: Don't ask too many questions (don't make it a questionnaire), take positive guesses instead of asking, for example, if you want to ask what she's doing: "So you are in modelling how long?", if you want to ask what she studies: "Let me guess you are talking business to become a rich person?", from time to time you can make a question it's not a problem, just avoid to do it over and over again. When making guesses you have to insinuate something positive, don't try to cold read her, you might get stuck on that. If she asks "why you say that?" and you have no excuse (for example, why you say she was taking business), just say: "i don't know, i was just messing with your sexy business glasses, so what you are taking?". Also when you ask something, if she doesn't ask back, you can simple answer to your won question.
- Don't be afraid of getting friendly with a girl, just make sure you make her know your intentions (by complements of her looks for example)
- Don't show that you are good on something that she might get interest, for example imagine that you are good on math, she might need your help for study, she might take advantage on you and make you think she likes you - make sure that doesn't happen, otherwise you might waste time for nothing.
- When you start this, you'll screw it somehow, because you'll be focus on your interaction and on what she does\acts (all the time), so take it cool, don't focus too much, make a good vibe happen, doesn't matter what you say since it's not on this list.
- Don't game girls over facebook \ texting, sometimes they understand the opposite of what you say and your game become a fail. Go out and pickup girls, online dating is shit.
- Don't do this PUA stuff on girls that you already know, it's a waste of time and it doesn't work, i've been there and trust me,
it doesn't work!! Cuz you need to change your personality and they notice that and start to become uncomfortable around you, also you get uncomfortable with your attitudes. If you do this PUA stuff with a girl that you don't know, she start to think that's you personality, and the get used to it.
