My name is Tobias, I am a 20 year old guy from Denmark so sorry about the bad gramma.
About 174 cm (68,5 inches) high and weighing around 60 kg. I am new to this stuff and so far the girls i have been together with have been teenage girlfriends so i dont have that much knowledge about picking up girls.
I have lack of self esteem and i think i know why it have been triggeret. When i was a teenager i began to smoke weed and eventually i startet doing drugs.
I diddent go to that meny parties and when i did, i diddent find it that much of fun to talk to girls. I was bullied and run on mental. But after i startet going to the clubs my interest in girls have increased.
The first aticle i read was about Approach Excitement. I like talking to girls but i do get this huge feeling of excitement in my stomach that makes me back off
I will work on this and start to say hi to every girl i meet as i read in a article.

I am looking forward to dig in to this site and learn the art of picking up girls

you also mention you lack self-esteem because of drug use,im guessing youve stopped using drugs now,which is a good thing,Real Confidence is better than Artificial Confidence. if you have quit and are depressed because you did it in the past,then 4 words Shits in the Past.that was then and this is now.

I have read the article you linked, it was great but pretty much the same as the other article i read. But on the other hand, i need all the information i can get

About my drug use. I still smoke weed on a daily basic and i try to keep a long break every time i have been taking some, at leas 3 weeks. I know that i have to quit but i don't think its the time right now.
My inner game is not working but then again its properly got some thing to do with the drugs but i don't think i can cope with it at the time. I got to much on my mind. Another thing i will work on

honestly give up on mary jane for a bit,give it up for a 2 months and see how you are and life is.
its not healthy to use drugs if you are suffering problems at home,work or in life.if you have too much problems in your head,talk to a close friend,dont think a joint will make your problems go away.it will only postpone them.PM me if you need to talk.
