How would you like it if you were engaged and some guy broke you and your fiance up? Or found out she cheated?
Just because you might be able to close her doesnt mean you should, your morals should play heavily here.
Nothing wrong with befriending her and using her as a pivot and befriending her partner so he wont get paranoid if you two hang out or something, then if things did go south later on down the road you will have loads of preselection with her.
Think about what you want before taking this further, remember always leave them better than what you found them.
Being an 18 y/o guy you should be able to meet plenty of younger more available women,
