So last year, I found out that my gf at the time was cheating on me. I ended things quickly and haven't spoken to her since, even after she attempted to contact me.

Well recently, a lot of friends that live in my area have mentioned that they've been seeing her around the neighborhood that I live in lately. So I'm thinking she either moved nearby or is possibly dating someone that lives in the area. I've also come to the conclusion that sooner or later I'm most likely going to bump into her.

How should I handle it when that time comes?

Keep in mind that our break up was pretty bad and I've literally not exchanged a single word or text since the day I found out she cheated and we broke up (that was about 9 months ago).

Treat her like an acquaintance. Say hello and move on with whatever you are doing with your time. No need for small talk.

Ive had a similar experience to this, saw her yesterday
Just chatted usual fluff but the main things i was saying/ doing was DHVing alot saying about all the good things going on in my life, new job, looking for a house to buy getting in shape and going back to kung fu ( alot of things which regularly came up when we was together talking about the future etc) so i basically showed her that my life is on the track i wanted it to be and im doing amazing without her
It helped she had just finished a 16 hour shift and i commented that she looked run down then she went qualifying herself saying job stuff . . . She said she had to shoot off and commented i looked good i smiled said thanks and walked off.
Just main points is dont let her alter you.
When someone cheats it isnt your flaw its theirs.
