Currently looking for a flat mate.

I've searched online and got some responses

do you guys think its a good idea to share a flat with a girl???? a hot bimbo????

I lived with 4 girls. If you don't get emotionally attached then yes it's can work. They are nice and fun to be around. Going out with them is also very good for obvious reasons.

On the other hand getting a girl SPAM with the goal of picking her up and having sex is a bad idea. You might get attached, it might work out but if it doesn't it's not gonna be pretty.

I prefer to live with guys, because it a more relaxed SPAM there are a lot more interest generally that you can share with guys.

Also girls can be very dirty :)

Yeah if you're living with someone of the opposite sex, it wouldn't be too easy not to get emotionally attached. Make sure you can pull that off.
