There can be several reasons why she hasnt hit you back but I would think the best thing to do is to not be waiting by the phone for a reply. So you should contact her about yalls plans and if she doesnt reply promptly maybe 30 min after the time she was suppose to freeze her out even if she does respond positivley.

Text her back in a day or two as if nothing happened send someone light and funny

Freezing out is idiotic a great way to start a relationship off with passive aggressive behavior. Guys who use freezing out are little pouty bitches and the vast majority of women with half a brain know exactly what he's doing.

Guys who frze out have no life as the intent is to have a life so you aren't at anyone's beckon call if you have to anxiously resist calling someone then that's a sign something a little off
