It pisses me off so bad when I get ignored, and it seems to happen to me abnormally often. I would love to get rejected. I would love for a girl to tell me to fuck off. but to get ignored sucks.

by ignore, I mean they hear you, but they just walk away. they don't say anything.
I dont look like a bum or a homeless guy or a rapist. so I dont get it.

what is a "normal" rate to be ignored? 1 out of 10? 5 out of 10? 9 out of 10?

I like using the line of "Hey knucklehead, I'm talking!" and physically turn the girl back towards me.

Do you know WHY you are getting ignored? How is your body language? Are you talking loud enough? When you talk, make it seem socially awkward for someone to NOT listen to you. Unless you establish yourself as someone who has some "presence" you are going to continue to get ignored.

I am not sure what you mean by body language. like the way my hands move? I don't have any body language. it's just words coming out of my mouth. my body is static.
I am talking loud enough. They can hear me. reason I know they can hear me is that they look at me, but continue walking away. you know when a homeless guy is asking for change, and you just kind of acknowledge his existence, but you just continue walking? like that.

how do I make it awkward to not talk to me?
how do I establish a presence?

You expect to be ignored and the girls picks it up. Next time assume the attraction.

There is your problem. You are not showing the body language of someone who is attractive. Attraction routines mean nothing if you are not congruent with your body language.
