Ok so heres my deal... I work for my school in technical services dept. and every so often we need to purchase things from the campus computer store. Every time i go down there, there is this HB7 that catches my eye. I dont know what to say to her (I'm not gunna be like, uhhh hows this Dell Laptop running?) ha ha, ya know?

I need to think of something witty to grab her attention but I'm seriously drawing a blank on a good opener and not to mention a story to keep her interested in myself.

If anyone can save me from my own dilemma or has any suggestions please feel free to help a newb out! Thanks!

Went in there today with a buddy i worked with cuz i had told him about the chick so he was all like "lets go see!"

haha ah man, you had it, the opener doesn't matter much just as long as you get into the conversation thats the main purpose of it, these are things your probably already know but when she said she was bored, you could have been like, "is it like that every day here?", "well, what do you do for fun?", a question like that can be a turning point and turn a dull conversation into something interesting that becomes more personal

If you have a wing there like your friend I've found thats the easiest way at the begining to overcome approach anxiety. Whenever me and my wing go out and one of us is reluctant you use your wing to talk you up. Your usually also more natural when youve got a friend backing you up.
