Escalate your touching up to a kiss... Avoid the "awkwardness" of just going for the kiss by making it seem like it should have naturally happened. You may be too late already but just start being more touchy/feely and being playful in your interactions. Plausible deniability. Be fun and again... touchy and just work your way into it.

As far as actually KISSING goes... Just don't be sloppy. Don't jam your fucking face into hers. Be gentle and calibrate her reaction as you kiss deeper. Women's lips (and skin in general) are much more sensitive than ours are. Just make it enjoyable for her... That's what will make you a good kisser. It comes from practice honestly.

But what I want to know is that, how should I move my tongue?
Does tongue stay long in the mouth or is it just a quick playful touch with her tongue and out?

Its easy as u said. Just be relaxed. Every woman kisses in different way. Stay calm, and dont quit after 3 secs. How should u move with your tongue? ah its just playing with her tongue.
