I feel like I need a stack routine, especially as a beginner. Can you guys give a sample on how a stack should look?

I realize that stack routines shouldn't be used as a long term thing, but more as a nudge to becoming a natural. Most stacks I've seen from searching seem to start off with an opinion opener which I hate to do. Anything with direct with help.
