| I have been studying over the last 5 days. The first day I just watched YouTube videos for a few hours and the next day, Friday night after work I went straight to a small Rock club/bar and tried some game.
I had only learnt 10% of the basics, like opening sets with indirect game and body language, a little teasing and negging. The body language was realy helpful, like not standing facing sets, confident posture and no pecking.
It worked a treat!
Now this is the question, is it ok to peacock in my uniform? I went straight after work in my number 1 uniform, a black type suit with rank badges and gold buttons, shirt and tie, I work in a marine security organisation on the River.
As soon as I got to the club and waiting for a beer I took that tie off, opened a few shirt buttons and turned the collar up on the suit jacket. It was a rock club and I had to tone it down a bit and not look too smart.
Girls flirted with me and after opening 2 or 3 sets for preselection soon I had a table full of girls, I was asked to join them, all drinking beer with me and having fun. Maybe too much beer was being drunk, I would of liked to of been sober.
Some guys at the bar trying to home in on the girls got a bit moody with me and being a small club trouble was started and I got thrown out by the gangs bouncer. If I was sober I would of been more unresponsive to the situation and developed more DHV. Guess they didn't like a stranger coming in, not giving a shit and chatting up the girls. Shame as I was chatting up a nice mixed race girl and her sister was realy trying to get my attention.
Now there's loads of techniques that I didn't use that I have made notes of today which I will use next time, but the few simple ones that I did use made a huge difference to my night. What I have learnt is small bars can be a bit cliquey, I will try a bigger or more sophisticated venue next time.
Still I have to buy myself a decent set of civvies and try it in those.
But the question is, is it alright to peacock in uniform or do you think it demonstrates low value or unconifidence?
I am in two minds, I don't want to learn and rely on it, but my frame was just coming from work, not going home and a sailor ashore having a good time.
A good time was had, plenty of attention, even though there was a slight hostility at me by certain cliques. I am an ex punk so I realy didn't give a shit.
Your opinions would be greatly appriciated.
