Ok, so let's say that I PU girl. I'm doing great job, we meet 3 times and then I'm sitting with her in her home on her bed. It's not hard from this to have a sex with this HB but what then? I mean... Should I tell her before that it's all about good relations, sex but not about LTR? I just want to be fair with girls

This is easy don't bring it up until they bring it up. Whenever she does be honest and let her know that you aren't looking for a gf right now.

I think you should give her time ,instead of sex think something good...like take her to date & all..
