Im Josh, 23 from the UK.

Thought i'd do a load of reading into PUA...im naturally a fairly good looking guy, however confidence at approaching women is awful. Fear of rejection if i'm honest.

I keep in OK shape..not ripped..but fairly muscley with visible abs but am not a gym freak...i enjoy socialising with friends etc.

NOW...

I almost purchased RSD Foundations programme on DVD's however came across this forum literally 15minutes ago..so THANKS!

A lot of negativity seems to surround RSD..

My MAIN QUESTION i know you can learn a lot online etc...HOWEVER, if you were to purchase one PROGRAMME to start learning the basics through to advanced, what would it be?

I know the key is to LEARN it all..but then you need to IMPLEMENT it right?

The ones i have come across with good reviews seem like.

"Secrets of the Inner Game" - Will help with my fear of rejection and approaching women....i still get laid and talk to women..but honestly i've never approached a woman in a club. Some will talk to me usually, however i know i need to learn the approach.

"Stealth Attraction" - This also gets good feedback

All those were great books to read.. When i first started, I already had an idea about the game and was fairly successful. The best i did was hanging out with guys who were better than me when it comes to women. I started understanding what they did right and what were the reasons they failed.. All the pua books out there have the same idea behind them. Once you catch that, you don't need to read books anymore but instead just experiment and see what suits you best. Increase the time you go out and approach women, and you will get much better than the 100s of hours reading books and checking the forums.
