How to deal with the various bad personalities you run into

I am sure you guys go out and sarge but other than cockblocks, there must be some guys you run into that give you a tough time. What are some of the personalities you have run into in your experiences (try to give them a name like debbie downer or arrogant guy or something) that have limited you and how did you deal with them?
