I finally manned up and talked to her. Shes rather shy btw. Anyways, we talked for a little while and I didnt mess things up, made eye contact, got some jokes in, ect. I asked for her number as we were parting and she seemed taken off guard, then said she didnt know it and to add her on facebook.

What to think?

She didn't know her own phone number????? lol

She got uncomfortable when you asked for her phone number. Don't even bother to get a number unless you have a reason to (i.e. something in common that you and her could do for a day 2)

Phone numbers don't mean shit.
