Here it is.
Prior to moving in together, my roommate recently ended her 3 year relationship. We've gotten hot and heavy and we decided to move in together. Initially it started as a legitimate situation that could benefit both if us. But, you know how that would go.
We moved in a month ago, and we've had sex plenty of times. We've hugged, cuddled, etc., but there are days when she's really cold, almost as if she doesn't give a shit. She recently told me she really likes me, she appreciates me, and that she's "partial" to me. But there are days when she walks away, ignores me, etc.
Here's my hypothesis: she is VERY stressed over personal things (car situation, work, finances, etc.), so that is playing a part in why she periodically gets cold. I trust what she says in terms of where we stand.
One important thing to mention: she's EXTREMELY self sufficient. To the point where she literally rejects help and gets offended when offered.
My question: how does one go about countering this mindframe she has? The need for space at times is totally fine. But the bitchiness... How can I use this to my advantage? I know this can be done!
If you need additional info, let me know!
When she gets in those bitchy mindsets... Start being more playful and having fun.
Change her mood, not her mind.
