So I went to my regular joint this Saturday with a couple buddies. I know all the bartenders and a bunch of other people.

I see a girl that I once had a short interaction with a couple months back. She's conversing with a friend of mine so I decide to give my new skills workout. I'm sitting at the bar and she's behind me chatting with my friend. I turn around then make eye contact with her and say something along the lines of "Hey I think I remember you. We spoke once." She responds and I said it was nice to see her. After some short pleasantries I told her to come over to the bar so I don't have to talk at that angle.

She comes to the bar where I begin to qualify her. This is something I've never been good at but I've been reading up and had to flex my skills. They worked wonderfully.

I asked about what she did and school. She said she was about to graduate with a Nursing degree. I jumped on that bit. I used to work in a hospital so I related myself to her passion. I mentioned how I had a tremendous respect for nurses. We had a conversation about her plans after school regarding clinicals and such. I know a bit about that field from my hospital experience.

I then brought up her friend who was singnig karaoke. I remembered her name and she seemed impressed by that. I complimented her voice and said I hoped to hear her tonight. The friend came over and I spoke shortly with them. I then separated from them.

Later that night, near close, I bumped into her and kino'd her. I said some stuff about how I thought she was cute and I'd like to see her again. She quickly and without hesitation gave me her number. She said she was busy this coming week with her finals and graduation and that she wouldn't be free until next week to go out.

I'm curious how I can keep her interested for this whole week until we schedule a date. Should I wait till we're closer to the weekend to schedule something for next week? How do I play this?

For N-Close number two, after the bar closed, my friend and I hopped in my two-seat convertible and drove to a convenience store for sandwiches. As we are walking to the car, another car pulls up and a hyper-sexy girl walks out into the store while her sister (also sexy) remains in the car. My friend and I make contact with the sister from my car and begin chatting her up about idk what. We qualify her about where she's from and find out that they are sisters. The sister comes out and notices us talking and I go very direct with her. I say some direct sexual things and confidently tell her to give me her number. I tell her I'll call her later.

Later that night, I called her and continued flirting with her sexually and direct. I told her I was gonna take her out and that I wanted her to wear a slim red dress. After more sexual exchange I hung up and passed out.

I texted her a couple days later (yesterday) and told her we are going out again. She referenced the red dress and laughed. I said we should go out thursday. She said she would be getting back from Atlantic City that day and she'd let me know. I said I'll call her then, but that if we couldn't on thursday we could just do something on the weekend. That's where I left her situation.

Any pointers on these two situations and how to avoid a flake?
