Why can't I create a profile?

Just wondering why I can't create a profile?

I have posted several times and I can't find the answer in the FAQ.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What profile are you trying to create it?

Go to my profile in the tabs on the top of the website. Then on the left click profile.

I just tried and it worked. If you can't, PM Chief.
