It's been a week or so, I shot her a text saying "Hey, what's up?" and she immediately replys "lol oh its you" like really wtf?

You could say something like "Nope, its not me. Midget strippers stole my cell phone and decided to text you. Saying "hey what's up?" is probably the LAMEST thing you could say to text a girl. Be different than every other guy texting her.
