I am not a native english speaker.

What I found is that a lot of pickup tools require a very strong command of the language (like Deangelo's cocky and funny, banter, or NLP techniques of Ross Jeffries). Phone conversation is a bitch for me. Sometimes I even have to urbandictionary, wikipedia and google stuff to decipher texts. You get the point!

What areas of my game should I concentrate the most? Do you have any suggestions on what to read for foreigners like me? Maybe some specific online resources?

You don't need to be fluent to do well, as long as you can get your point across. And judging by your post, your English is, at the very least, "good enough".

If you really want to improve on it, read books. But really, you should do that not to get better with women, but to better yourself as a whole. Aside from that, don't over-analyze this too much. Most women think accents are sexy anyway, you lucky fucker.

You see, a lot of tools, like openers, patterns, jokes rely on the subtleties and double-meanings of language. I find it frustrating sometimes and it seems like most pickup material relies on that.

I just mean books in general to improve your overall English.

Most of the stuff you read that gives you canned techniques and openers are a waste of time. Work on developing your personality and social skills, and the rest will flow naturally. Rather than learning how to mimic a so-called professional, work toward becoming an alpha male and a seducer instead.

I doubt you'll find many books that are targeted at what you're looking for, as that would appeal to a pretty small demographic.
