Here's the story:

So you might think that any guy who's 23 and a virgin must be some kind of loser. And to a degree, you must be right. The statement speaks for itself--anyone who's had any kind of sex drive for 10 years and never acted on it must have something wrong with him. Time doesn't pass that slowly without any sexual activity, unless you're constantly fucking up or tripping over stones you set in front of yourself.

And to a degree, yeah those two statements are correct. I've had opportunities. I've had women around me. But I haven't made lifestyle choices that lend themselves to getting the one thing that guys around here seek none stop--getting laid. In fact, I only started dating when I turned 22. Before the end of the year I had burned through four girlfriends and didn't even get action worth talking about. Simply put: my attitude and conduct with members of the opposite sex hasn't lended itself to creating attraction. So here I am, with a competence level of nearly 0.

I've heard it said that there are four levels of mastery in the world. The first and lowest is unconscious incompetence, that level where you have no idea what you are doing wrong and why things aren't working out for you. That's where I think I'm at guys. I've had girl's around me, even attracted to me occasionally, yet nothing happened. And that's frustrating.

The second level is conscious incompetence--that level where you know what you're doing wrong and haven't quite fixed it yet. That's where I strive to be shortly after having acquired the knowledge to realize what I've done wrong the last several years. The final levels of conscious competence and unconscious competence, are where things start flowing, the girls start coming, and life starts to look up. That's where I ultimately want to end up. With the help, expertise, and friendship of guys on this forum, I know I can get there--to the level where attracting women comes naturally.

So there you are guys. I've never approached a woman out of the blue before or brought one home with me late at night, but I'm chomping on the bit and ready to get started. I live in Grand Rapids, MI. Conservative Christian City USA. And I'm starting on new journey and a new life.

Well I can't give much advice since I'm also new here but from the way you write.. I can tell that the "virgin" part has a lot of weight to you. The good news is that the fix is pretty simple.. If I were you, I'd hire a bunch of whores taste some pussy and get myself over it. This way you won't feel sorry for yourself anymore and take it off your back!

Your goal is not to look for sex or a woman but merely to look for and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.

Once we accept our limits, we must go beyond them.

Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.

Up until now, you have been comfortable, comfortable with DOING NOTHING.

Tear yourself away from the safe comfort of certainties that are not getting you laid!
I live 3 hours north, and have been to "GR" Many times. A very young city by most standards.

Also a city where the Female population out numbers Males by a 10% margin at least.

Limits exist only in the mind!

You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.

The thing is, when you go out of your comfort zone and it works! There's nothing more satisfying.
