You talked to her too much when she was away, you built up too much friendly comfort. You don't really need to text her unless its to establish a date or something, too much talk kills attraction. Meet her 1 on 1, escalate go in for the kiss close, if she rejects be direct and tell her that you can only see her as more than friends. If she rejects move on, she'll eventually make contact again.
