I´ve been working at a place for 2 month now, I took notice at one girl after some day's but it wasn't anything more than that, we just had eyecontact and that's it. Then after 6 week's i did cut my hair, from very long(Zlatan Ibrahimovic-look) to short, and this girl walks up to me and say's she cant stop staring at me and that i´m very handsome and that's she´s very satisfied with the new hairstyle.
And then the sparks in me starts. From now, everytime I see this girl I smile and say hi, she´s very embarrassed but in a good way. I added her on facebook she accepted and poked her(dumbf*ck) but never recieved one back,..
And we had like 2 days who passed and we never smiled and didin´t said hi to eachother.
I´m sure it's something between us, BUT I don't know what it is... And I want to have more signs that says she´s into me, any advices?

just ask her to grab a coffee some time and maybe hang out together. if you are polite, confident and natural when you do it, she has no pretext to decline. if she does, then the fault is with her and you can be proud of yourself for having demonstrated yourself as outgoing person. which is the way forward anyway also for future girls. dont get caught in oneitis and make sure she doesnt play games like "i purposefully ignore you because I secretly think you are hot but play hard to get." im not even gonna wish you luck because nobody requires luck in doing something so obviously straightforward after three months.

Well thing is she´s from another country/culture and in my country "our" and "their" people dont date alot or maybe at all, their parents are very strict when it comes to dating, and their fathers/brothers/male relatives are very overprotective when it comes to their daughters/family.
So to get a date with this girl me and her needs to do it secret so nobody finds out about it.

But i´ll try your advice next week, and update you about it.
