So basically at college, I meet this girl through a friend who happens to be family friend's distant cousin. The second interaction , I see her studying by herself, I sit down and start talking to her. She showed IOI , by taking my some of lunch and using my spoon. Then she offers me some banana bread that she made, I wanted to the whole remaining loaft so she gives me her container with the banana bread. I exchange numbers and later on the night text her thanks for the cupcakes, and she didn't reply.

I see her couple days later and I asked her if she got my msg ( I know guys , stupid mistake of me to show neediness) She then replied how she fell asleep. I give her the container back with cupcakes and she was like the whole "aww your sweet".

I didnt get much of a vibe.. a couple weeks later in the lounge I see her siting with a couple of my friends, I just said hey and continued talking to one of the friends with her. I then go away n sit with a classmate. She then comes along asking how i'm doing and starts telling me how she's working out now for her trip to Miami next week. (she knows im a fitness junkie). She starts talking about getting in shape. She then meets her best friend who comes to lounge. She then walks to me with her bff and tells her of me and intros me to her .

The next day, after my exam, I see her with the same friends. She said she was hungry so I offer her a piece of my pastry. I then leave for a smoke. When I come back, everyone looks at me with this awkwardness. I then discovered she finished my pastry. She thought I wouldn't come back. (but clearly my books were on the table)I played it off as I was angry and then left without saying bye. .. Later on , my friend msgs me of how I forgot my books on the table and asked if I was mad with the girl, I said no it was just a joke...the next day I see her she apologizes and told me she tried calling me when she was driving home from school. But I didn't pick up . I told her it was okay and that she can either make it up by taking me out to dessert or making me a loaf of banana bread and delivering to my house personally. She said she'll double check if she has leftover ingredients and will look into it. I told her okay left...


I saw her comment on a mutual friend's comment and added her on FB btw..

Now my question is how would I approach n close? Should I text her next week when she back from Miami and tell her on the lines " My banana bread is getting cold , where is it? " OR should I just call her and ask her whats going on and try attempting to setting up a meeting again ...

I think you should wait for her to talk to you when she comes back, then be all like oh sweet your back lets go out to *where ever.* I wouldn't text her much unless she texts me first while she's in Miami either. Don't wanna seem desperate or clingy like you can't wait until she gets back. Let her have her fun in Miami and show her better fun when she gets back.

Thanks brother for your input..its just that schools completely over now..so I won't be able to see her till September..

Oh well that changes, try to be her summer love then lol. Once she talks to you and tells you she's back, go chill and get what you want.

Ok okay, gotcha..well I feel I haven't made that much of an impact to get her to msg me out of the blue. My game plan is wait a week or 2 and then txt something on the lines of " Hey I saw a cute squirrel carrying a peanut and go across the street and reminded me of you ." (In relation to the pastry napping incident ...what do you think?

From there, I'll start working on a first encounter.
