She works late, so I guess she's on the busy side - supposidly. So after the day 2 i texted her around 3 days later saying, "SURPRISE" she didn't respond. That was yesterday, at 5:00 pm. It's now day. Now I know you might say well maybe she's not into you but I gave her a necklace of mine to wear until I see her again and she complied with my kino. 1) You waited too long to text her, and when you finally did, it was a shitty text. What did you expect her to say to "SURPRISE!"? Did you want her to go "Haha, oh gosh, you scared me! Let's fuck."? Text her again and this time, tell her to meet you out for drinks of the alcoholic variety.

Don't apologize, just pretend you didn't send that last text. Schedule your day 3 as planned for whenever you're free. Don't overanalyze the logistics of when you are free; it's fine to schedule something in advance. Yes, it is fine to text the day after.
