I've got this 18 year old, me 33, that I've been running into a lot and she comes into my work overwhelming me with ioi's and I tried to invite her to go to the gym with me but she doesn't have a phone... so I was like "what about facebook" she said ya you can add me but I'm very rearly on there... so I tell her we will hook up that next Thursday to go to the gym.. well I.didn't qualify her yet and recently learned that I need to start doing that.... she added me on fb that Thursday we were to meet up... so I waited a week then I hit her up with some pm's on facebook to try and reignite things and was trying to figure out how to qualify her over facebook. But instead she came into my work that night and was trying to qualify herself to me! Which was great! But she mention something about her smoking pot which is one of my red flags so I said " that reminds me of a question I wanted to ask you.. if you had a choice between going hiking, a party or a science center which would it b?" So she answer right and Igave her props for it... she was trying to win me over hard! So the next day i I pm'd her on facebook asking when the fair was and how much it was.. because she really wanted to go... but here's where I messed up... that same night I saw she was working so I thought I should go in like I'm using the bathroom and if she says hi then talk to her.. but she saw me and hid and avoided me... I figured she's talking to someone at work and talking to me would make it akward... then I noticed she was on facebook today and read my message and still hasn't replied... I'm thinking I spooked her...so I'm going to not push it for the next week and hope she comes around... what else should not do and if she doesn't eventually hit me up how should I handle it?
