So shes continued flirting with me at work kino, complements the works, so I got her number after leaving work the other day and we were texting back and fourth and I think I jumped the gun. What do you guys think.

Instead of posting the whole text it went something like this.

Me: Hey its Profectus.
Her: Hey blah blah blah work sutff
Me: Glad everything worked how. Hows your day been going.
Her: Had to wake up early to study
Me: Its fun working with you and Girl2. I have a lot of fun with you guys.
(I had given her and girl2 a complement earlier on and she called me Cray. I said something to the effects of, Girl you work with me all the time, you know how crazy I can be :p)
Her: You fit in great with us.
Me: Girl1, your awesome, lets just leave it at that.

We were texting each other roughly in 1 hour increments. She hasn't written back in 3 hours. I'm wondering if I just lit up the red beacon, and showing her that Im interested. I wanted this to happen somehow, but I think I may have been to quick and Blunt.

What should I do. I think I'm going to just freeze her out for a few shifts and then see what happens, but right now I think the red flag has gone up.

Am I right, or just freaking out? Please let me know what you guys think, and how I should Handle this at work.

You showed her too much that you're interested but don't go crazy because she hasn't texted you in three hours (you should be gaming and talking to other girls, but I'm guessing you aren't since your freaking out over this one girl), when it comes to work act like everything was fine if she brings it up tease her something like my mom always told me to let "special" kids know that they are liked (you could come up with something much better)

Key word here is "Busy".
I wouldn't worry about her not texing you back after 3 hours. She studies, is employed and I'm guessing she also has her own social life with the possibility of also having a hobby. Although text bantering back and forth is fun and exciting, it does not display out side of work that your a man in demand AKA Busy.
There is nothing more appealing to a women then a man who has direction and set goals in his life. Your busy working out at the gym, your busy socailising with your friend circle, your busy studying yourself. What ever it maybe you need to make it as if life is your bitch and your fucking it right now. You may have, but are you displaying it?

My tip is to try not to text her like its instant FB messenger, instead delay responses. Make a judgement depending on the value of importance of the text and don't reply back until you see her at work again.

I'm not to worried about her not texting back, just wanted to show that after I made the comment we weren't texting regularly anymore. I flirt with 2 other girls at work to, I do however like this girl more then the others. I like your comeback "Special". Trust me I'm not freaking out. I just want to make sure I have my bases covered. I've been playing it pretty good at work.

So right now I should just wait until we work again to talk with her? I shouldn't just start up a normal conversation now? Let me know.

I think I gave the wrong impression, I'm not desperate. I do flirt with other girls at work, but your right I do like this one slightly more then the others. I wait any where from 1 hour - a day before texting her with each message. So you think I should wait until work before talking with her again? Don't just start a normal conversation? I will change my demeanor at work and with texts with the busy thing. I was spacing my texts to make it look that way.
