| I met a girl through one of my female friends. We met at a social event, I got her number, and kissed her before she left. We made a date, and we made out. She was pretty hot, like a 7, and seemed really into the make out.
We made a second date, and she flaked for no good reason. But her text was very long. She kept apologizing and suggested another date. She suggested to meet up 2 days later. However she cancelled, saying that she fainted at work and the doctor took her license away because she may be epileptic.
I'm sure it's bullshit, but she kept suggesting we go out again and that she is really sorry. I told her to call me with plans. She never did. I responded a week later with; "Hey Cheryl, hope you're feeling better. I haven't heard from you in a while. Its cool if you're not interested, but I would have appreciated if you had just let me know straight up."
She responded with : I'm sorry you haven't heard from me, but the last week has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I've had a lot going on, and haven't kept up with people, blah blah etc.
I realize there is no real chance of me hooking up with this girl again, but since she is close to my social circle, I feel that I should say something. Something that is subtle and says, "That's cool, but I would never want to go out with a phony like you" I feel I deserve the last word.
Any suggestions, or should I just leave it at that.
