We decided three days ago to meet up on wednesday next week, on a bar. Then suddenly last night when I was out and a bit drunk, she called me. Guess what? She invites herself over to my place tomorrow (sunday) and asks me to cook for her.
To summarize, I somehow managed to say that we could discuss this a little bit more tomorrow (today) instead of just agree to everything, but I'm pretty sure I gave the impression that this would be a great idea *sigh*..
Should I really let HER decide everything like this? I mean SHE invites herself over and decides which day. SHE "decides" that I should cook for her, meaning I would have to go and buy all stuff FOR HER plus cook.
I know the answer to my question is NO, but how do I turn this around in the best way without messing things up? Suggestions are very welcome.

She is testing you to see how easily she can get her way. If you ever want to have a decent relationship with this girl, DO NOT cave in to that behaviour. Don't show her you have no backbone by caving in to her attempt to manipulate.
It is NEVER polite to invite yourself over to someone's house and demand they serve you. Very, very shabby manners. She obviously thinks she deserves it.
I say WARNING: PRINCESS ALERT!!
This is what I would do. Call her back and say, "You know, it's not very polite to invite yourself over to someone's house. Why don't we just stick to the original plan."
She will either back down and RESPECT you for being strong, or go away. Either way, you get what you want - your self respect!

Tell her what you'll be doing, like going out with some friends, or whatever activity you enjoy, and she can come along if she wants.
I really couldn't imagine falling for that. I would have said I already have plans or even more so that I don't cook for women I haven't slept with, etc.
