I used to talk to this girl but now I don't. I see her here and there everyday and she gives me IOI's but I still haven't talked to her since. I can tell she wants me. I am going to message her over the internet but the big issue is I don't know what to say to her. How could I open the conversation on a girl I haven't talked to in months? Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you have a good relationship with her? Why did you guys stop talking?

It started out in the beginning of the school year when I randomly walked into a teacher's classroom that she was in. The teacher and I have a very good relationship so being the comedian that I am I AMOG the whole classroom (full of girls with three guys) and I made every single girl in there laugh. I kept it going on for about 20 minutes then I stopped. I knew I made a good first impression on them so I decided which one I should try to get with. I chose this one girl (who the post is about). We talked for a little while over Facebook and I got her number after the first time we talked which I think was a big mistake on my part. We texted here and there but that was it, I didn't escalate at all. Why did we stop talking? I think it was because I didn't feel she was interested in me that much. I might have blown it that one time.

Ok seems like u might have lost your confidence. I would say stay away from txtin too much during the early stages of picking up a girl because you cant really get the non verbal ioi's through txt'n. what are the ioi's she is giving you now?

There are only a few but they seem to happen every time I see her:

1. She always bumps into me no matter how many times I see her in the halls.
2. She plays with her hair sometimes.
3. When I do text her she sends a lot of ";) " and drags on her letters like thissssssssss.

Number 1 is an ioi, thats her showing interest and making the first move. she keeps trying to get your attention by bumping into u or making sure u see her. Since ur mr funny guy, neg her in a playful and funny way so that she can laugh and then engage in a conversation.

Number 2, you would have to go into more details. When she plays with her hair, is she walking towards you, away from you. Is she lookim anywhere in ur direction, or directly at you. Who else is around? She could be preening for slmeone elses attention. She could be preening for yours. Maybe she just did her hair and likes te smell/or feel of stroking it. Or maybe she is nervous and to calm her nerves, she strokes her hair. Hair stroking will be followed by another adjustment of some sort if she is really interested in u. What i would do is if she strokes her hair, i would once again playfully neg her about it (ie. i noticed everytime u stroke your hair, your conditioner out weighs ur perfume. What perfume do u use? Or what conditioner do u use) this way she will know that her hair preening worked on u and then will engage in more convo to keep u interested.

Number 3, it means really nothin besides, she's young and is into all that txting lingo. Keep me posted and let me know how it goes
